4、With any reason terminating the contract ,exhibitors must inform the organizational units in advance, pay cancellation charges according to the consulting project-fee in the contract before the signed date.
5、This contract is valid from the date of signing until May 9, 2010. The two sides should fulfill their respective rights and obligations, In addition to force majeure, no party shall not be breach of contract.
